Shipping Information

We aim to get your jewellery to you as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (US & Canada): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (US & Canada): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs processing, or local postal delays.

Shipping Fees:

Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns/ Exchanges:

We hope you love your piece, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

We accept returns if:

The item arrived damaged

You received the wrong item

To qualify for a return:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition with all packaging

We do not accept returns for change of mind
Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale
Return shipping is covered by us only if the item is incorrect or damaged
