When will my piece(s) be ready?

Most items are made to order, with a typical production time of 1–2 weeks. Shipping duration depends on your location and can take up to 10 business days. If you need your order by a certain date, feel free to email us at info@flxcr.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Is there a physical location where I can view your products?

We currently don’t have a physical storefront, but you can explore our pieces through our social media, where we share plenty of photos to help you visualize how they look when worn. We also host pop-ups in various cities around the world—follow us on Instagram to stay updated on our next in-person event!

Can I pick up my order?

If you're located in the GTA, you're welcome to schedule a pickup once your order is ready. Please email us at info@flxcr.com to arrange the details.

Do you offer repairs?

We’re happy to resize your ring, adjust the length of your necklace, and reapply rhodium plating as needed. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs as well as a service fee. For more information, feel free to email us at info@flxcr.com.
